HIGHLIGHT FOR SPOILERS

[Character Name] yuno gasai ("2nd") ・ 我妻 由乃
[Canon] mirai nikki (future diary) ・ 未来日記
[Point Taken from Canon] after disposing of the 11th (john balks); so, the afternoon of 07/18/XX in the second world of her canon.

[Age] 14; or, that's the age of the second world version of herself that she pretends to be. due to her physical timeleap of about a year (taking the 4 months of the game into account) into the past, she would definitely be 15 by the time the second game restarts. taking her late canon point that i've chosen into account that consists of about four months into the second game, she would be late 15 and possibly even 16— her birthday is unknown, so i can't pinpoint it exactly. this makes sense considering there are remarks in canon about her body being somewhat prematurely developed for a 14-year-old.
[Gender]
[Sexual Orientation] single-target sexuality (not to mention yandere) for yukiteru amano ("1st") ・ 天野 雪輝

[Eye Color] pink
[Hair Color] curtains match the windows
[Height] 5'1"-ish
[Other] she has an unusual hairstyle that consists of two hair tails in the front tied with little red bows, and two twintails in the back— she also has hair tufts at the side of her bangs.
[Clothing] what she normally wears and what she arrived in; she'll be wearing something akin to the former after settling in, however.

[Background]

[Personality]

( heavily condensed and rewritten, as i'm not c/p'ing my app - there are also no spoilers here )

Yuno, to the public eye, is nothing but a cute girl in school that is both intelligent and beautiful— an honor student and her school's very own idol back home. Nobody knows much about her beyond this, but there's a rumor she has strict parents, which is what's often attributed to her slightly withdrawn social life. Her parents strictness is what makes her what she is— a perfect, elite member of society.

In actuality, Yuno is a mentally unwell "super stalker" who has been stalking a boy in her class for a year and keeping a log in her cellphone that records all of his actions. She is 100% obsessional over this boy in a way that really redefines the word— she is commonly referred to as the reigning "Queen of Yandere" for this reason.

After her and the boy she harbors an unhealthy amount of affection for are tossed into a survival game in order to obtain the throne of God, the obsession shifts from simply stalking and develops into something much more dangerous as her true colors begin to show.

In essence, Yuno is a complete psychopath with absolutely no care for the others or the world around her— not even herself, honestly. She only loves one boy, and she will do anything it takes to prevent others from harming him or interferring with her love for him. Extreme actions are not off limits, and she will imprison the boy she loves as well as kill his friends and family. She's consistent at being overly-suspicious of anyone who gets near the boy she loves, and doesn't want him to have any friends aside from herself. Yuno is not stable in the least, and will take the "safe" route of disposing of someone before asking any questions. Her mind works in an entirely irrational manner when it comes to the boy she loves— it's almost as though she "snaps" into a crazed state for him.

Yuno is incredibly manipulative and intelligent, so she is able to keep her obsessive nature somewhat concealed unless a drastic situation calls for otherwise. Aside from the fact that she's clearly missing a few marbles, she's also still a girl at heart. She likes cute things, and she's pretty cute herself— she'll get flustered (and blush often when she does), she'll cry when she's sad (or happy, in some instances), she'll pout or whine, she can get very excited (although this is usually due to the boy she loves), and she's even a bit childish. She's very emotionally dependent, which is why she clings relentlessly to the boy she loves. Yuno is easily manipulated or set-off by her emotions, and she tends to have a knee-jerk reaction when it comes to the boy she loves. She isn't dumb though, and is exceptionally talented in both quick-thinking and proficient planning— she's praised at one point in canon for her "perfect analysis".

Yuno, as mentioned before, honestly doesn't care for anyone save the boy she dedicates her whole reason for living to— but she's at least subtle about it. She'll fake a smile to strangers, while calling them idiots behind their backs. In fact, unless you've got attachments to the boy she loves or the survival game in general, you would probably be painfully unaware of her less than healthy mental state. She's honestly so distorted that she doesn't see anything wrong with her behavior— she doesn't actively try to be a bad person, she's just not exactly all there. She's really only a young girl in love at heart. Unfortunately, this doesn't make her any less crazy.

Yuno is a thoroughly broken girl. There are deeper reasons and secrets behind Yuno's motivations and even interesting things about Yuno herself. She isn't like this for no reason, after all. However, she's very secretive and will, in fact, kill over the secrets she harbors.

[Specialties/Abilities]

Yuno, possesses a "future diary", created specially for participation within the "survival game"— hers is the "Yukiteru Diary", and allows for her to know everything that is happening to Yukiteru (the boy she is obsessed with) within ten-minute intervals, and nearly always accompanied with her own commentary on her feelings about what is happening. The diary is specifically designed to aid its user throughout the game, and each diary works in concordance with its user's personality. It gives each player an "edge" by letting them know the future. Of course, only events foretold in the near future are very useful, since the future can be changed by the smallest of deviations on the part of any diary user taking a different course— whenever this happens, and the future changes, the diary will emit a static noise and the information within it will change. If a diary user finds themself in a "checkmate" where no natural course or deviation of action can prevent a certain death (almost always at the hands of another diary user), their diary will alert this to them with a DEAD END. It usually takes something of a miracle to avoid it— but Yukiteru and Yuno are infamous for their ability to counter these assured deaths. Yuno's diary is the weakest of the diaries, since it tells her nothing about herself, and focuses solely on Yukiteru— however, in correlation with Yukiteru's (which is seemingly one of the strongest, yet tells him only of things around him and nothing of himself), it covers all of their weaknesses. Together, they are an unstoppable team.

Another gimmick of the diary is that it is precariously bound to its user— if the diary is broken, its user will die (in a method reminiscent of disappearing into a swirl of hammerspace). While intended for only their user, diaries can be shared or taken from their user, and will still remain entirely functional for whomever might possess them.

Yuno has two future diaries, due to the fact that she took the extra one left over from her past self after killing her— this spare is her ultimate trump card. The only difference between these two diaries is that the one from the first game refers to Yukiteru as "Amano-kun" while the one from the second game refers to him as "Yukki", due to the fact that her relationship with him was not as close in the first game.

Yuno's future diary concentrates entirely on Yukiteru, so in addition to it already being weak, it will be practically useless within Somarium without both Yukiteru and his diary to complement it. The only gimmick is that if someone breaks her diary in an attempt to kill her, she won't die due to her spare. Although this won't be very useful either, since if someone from Somarium wanted to kill her, it's doubtful they would go for her diary— she wouldn't divulge on information about her diary to anyone, much less about how it would kill her if damaged.

Yuno is adept at handling plenty of weapons, although she's more favorable of sharp things than firearms or the like— however, she's still very familiar with firearm usage. She's canonly shown using a wide assortment of weapons— an axe, crossbow, razorblade, knife, katana, cleaver, scissors, etc!! She is only human, but she is a very skilled one; while half of it is just her quick-thinking and impulsiveness, the other half is her speed and will to kill— she directly fires at a police officer in the face in his own police station at one point. She also notices things; for instance, if a person is suspicious she'll catch on quick— in canon, she was the first to catch on to the fact that a five-year-old boy was actually psychotic, and had caught on to the fact that he had poisoned tomatoes in a salad of theirs. Her knack for catching on to suspicious people can be attributed to the fact that she has experience and has played the game before, but this certainly doesn't undermine how skillful she is in this sort of thing regardless— for instance, she is the first to catch on to the fact that another character is pretending to have a diary due to the fact that his diary wasn't emitting "noise" (a sound that occurs when the future changes). Her constant paranoia is a strength of sorts, although it is also a weakness as it continuously drives her to further insanity over time. She has outstanding reflexes and is stronger than she appears— able to slaughter a large amount of male adults within a cult with only an axe, completely slice through an equally large amount of people with a katana, and even stab a vicious dog about her size through the head with simply a razorblade while it was lunging for her.

However, she's still just a young girl, and although she's an elite one of sorts, she can be overpowered by either being outnumbered or by facing someone stronger/quicker than her— she's by no means an easy opponent, though.

[Affection] warn me first, but go for it. although there are some things you should know: yuno is rather popular at her school, but she's infamous for turning boys down while stating that she isn't interested or ready to commit herself toward that kind of thing. it won't affect her really, depending on what it is. she would probably get either distressed or angered if it were anything more than asking her on a date or the like. she already has someone that she's insane for— literally.

[Fighting] contact me first so we can work it out, but i'm completely fine with either fighting or killing yuno. keep in mind that yuno is both highly irrational and dangerous, but she won't fight without a reason.

[Other Permissions] mind-reading is a-ok, but i'd rather you contact me if you want your character to know any of yuno's Big Secrets— finding out she's a murderous psychopath is perfectly fine though. no fourth-walling, please.

[Other Facts] please note that i will be playing yuno from the manga rather than the anime— they are almost completely the same, but the anime has a few minor discrepancies and scene additions/outtakes that i don't like. the primary one being how anime yuno kills 11th (john balks) via a firearm rather than decapitating him with her katana, and how yukiteru's short breakdown over not being able to kill 11th was removed. these events are both pertinent to the canon point that i've chosen.
